Tough Day at the Office? Try this formula for a pick-me-up...
First, blend together:
10 drops Ginger, 11 drops Geranium, 9 drops Bergamot
.....
Add 15 drops of this blend to 6 teaspoons of carrier oil to create a stimulating massage oil.
.....
Put 4 - 6 drops of this blend neat on to a burner
.....
Add 8 -10 drops of this blend to 1 tablespoon of either full cream, milk or almond oil and add to your bath water.... soak and enjoy

Burnout
Blend the following oils:
6 drops Grapefruit, 5 drops Sandalwood, 3 drops Geranium
.....
Add 10 drops to 20 ml / 4 tsp carrier oil for a massage blend
.....
Put 4 - 6 drops of this blend neat on a burner
.....
Add 8 -10 drops of this blend to 1 tablespoon of either full cream, milk or almond oil and add to your bath water.... soak and enjoy
Alternate oils: Rose, Lemon, Cypress

Fragrance Blending for Perfume
When blending for fragrance or perfume, there are different qualities that must be considered in order to create a pleasing aromatic combination.
In the fragrance industry, scents are referred to as top, middle, or base notes, depending on their aromatic qualities. Top notes tend to be lighter and more volatile, middle notes are more lasting, and base notes are the most enduring and least volatile.

Steam Treatment for Blackheads
2 drops Lavender
1 drop Tea Tree
Add these essential oils to 500 ml hot water
Cover your head with a towel and hold your face over the steaming bowl to loosen the blackheads.
