HERBAL-CITRUS VAPORIZING BLEND

• 4 drops Grapefruit
• 3 drops Lemon tea-tree
• 3 drops Rosemary

Add the above oils to your favourite vaporizer for a cleansing, deodorizing aroma.

CITRUS-FLORAL VAPORIZING BLEND

• 2 drops Lavender
• 1 drop Geranium
• 3 drops May Chang
• 4 drops Bergamot

Add the above oils to your favourite vaporizer for an energizing, harmonizing aroma.

FLORAL-HERBAL VAPORIZING BLEND

• 3 drops Clary sage
• 4 drops Lavender
• 3 drops Peppermint

Add the above oils to your favourite vaporizer for an invigorating, refreshing aroma.

Evening unwind

BEDTIME BATH BLEND

• 2 drops Chamomile Roman
• 1 drop Orange blossom (neroli)
• 7 drops Sandalwood

Add the above oils to a cup of full fat milk or 10mls (one tablespoon) of sweet almond. Add the blend to a full bath, swirl the water to disperse fully, lie back and enjoy the relaxing, comforting aroma.

HEAVENLY BODY MASSAGE BLEND

• 4 drops Lavender
• 3 drops Mandarin
• 3 drops Frankincense

Add the above oils to 20mls (two tablespoons) of grapeseed oil and mix thoroughly. Massage into the skin to release tension and the stresses of the day.

NIGHT TIME VAPORIZING BLEND

• 2 drops Clary sage
• 4 drops Lavender
• 4 drops Rosewood-tomar

Add the above oils to your favourite vaporizer to promote a good night's sleep.
